I’m not “romanticizing” suicide.

I’m just saying that thinking the girls were something ethereal & virginal is exhilarating & beautiful.

I’m romanticizing them, as everyone else does.

As Eugenides/Coppola would have us.

I didn’t mean for suicide to come across as something beautiful & exhilarating. BECAUSE IT BLOODY ISN’T. 

I think the story, writing, & characters should be romanticized because it takes your perspective to melancholic and dreamy heights.
